Questions regarding the website
  1. I am having problem to buy Homing-Paper-Plane. I get errors from Paypal?

Paypal is a secure website (https). To access Paypals secure websites your web browser must be configured to accept session cookies. If you follow the instructions below to check and enable cookies there should not be any problems. If your browser is not listed, consult your browser's Help section.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher:

1.      From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options

2.      Click the Privacy tab

3.      Set the slider to Medium or just below

4.      Click Edit

5.      On the line provided, type www.paypal.com and click Allow

If you are using a Microsoft Internet Explorer version prior to 6.0:

1.      From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options

2.      Click the Security tab

3.      Click the Custom Level button

4.      From the Settings list, choose Cookies

5.      Under the options 'Allow cookies that are stored on your system' and 'Allow per session cookies (not stored),' click Enable

6.      Click OK

If you are using Netscape:

1.      From the Edit menu, choose Preferences

2.      Select Advanced

3.      Under the Cookies heading, choose either 'Accept (Enable) all cookies' or 'Accept (Enable) cookies for the originating website'

4.      Click OK

5.      Return to the PayPal website and click your browser's Reload or Refresh button

Questions regarding the CD
  1. I ordered the CD several days ago but I have not received it yet?

When we have received the payment via Paypal the CD’s will be posted to the shipping address entered. The CD’s are sent from Sweden via post so depending on shipping address the delivery time will vary. Please allox zz days after payment completed for the distribution of the CD.

  1. The music and the speaker voice on the CD is “wobbling”. Can I fix it?

Depending on the setup of your browser and your Media Player the video can be played in both the browsers Media bar and a separate Media player. The simplest solution is to turn off browser’s Media bar as a player.

Here is how to do if you are using Internet Explorer:

a)      Open the Media bar in Internet Explorer by clicking on “Media” at the menu.

b)      Click “Media Options” at the bottom of the bar and choose “Settings”

c)      Un-check “Play Media in the bar”.

  1. The videos are played twice at the same time?

See question 2 above.

  1. The CD does not start automatically when I put it into the CD-drive?

If the automatic start function is turned off the easiest way to start the Homing-Paper-Plane program is to go to My Computer, double-click on the CD-driver with Homing-Paper-Plane and double-click on the file called start(.htm).

  1. The CD does not autostart on my MAC?

The CD is not programmed to autostart on MAC. Please do as described in question 4.

  1. There is no sound in my loudspeakers?

See the checklist below for the most common reasons.

a)      Check that you have plugged in the speakers or headphones correct

b)      Check that that you have turned the speakers or headphones on

c)      Check if you have lowered the volume to a minimum on the speakers or headphones

d)      Check that you have not muted the sound via the volume control in Windows

e)      Check that the volume control in Windows is not lowered to a minimum

Questions regarding Homing-Paper-Plane itself
  1. Homing-Paper-Plane does only making half of a circle when it hits the floor?

Use paper that is thinner. Use thin and hard paper to get the best flights. Copying paper is often quit heavy paper. Paper from annotation blocks are usually thinner. Or go to a paper shop and by paper that is harder and thinner. The best is if the paper xx grams per square meter.

  1. Homing-Paper-Plane only flies straight forward?

Be careful when you fold and most important: look at the video sequence regarding requirements before the first flight. It is very important that the form of the front wings have a shape like the hull of a boat.

  1. Homing-Paper-Plane hits the ceiling every time?

If the ceiling is low try to throw Homing-Paper-Plane sideways instead of upwards. You can also look at the video-sequence that describes the adjustement for making the loop smaller.
